Refund Policy

A refund policy, sometimes referred to as a return policy, is a written statement that informs customers of how your business handles refunds and returns of the goods you sell. There is no legal requirement for a corporation to provide refunds or accept returns, therefore the policy is entirely up to the business. And down below is our refund policy signed by our business.

  • Before placing a purchase, the staff at All Online Classes Hub asks all of its customers to read and understand our refund policies; if they don't, we won't be held liable if a customer misunderstands them.
  • If your order is not delivered and the business has declined to do so, you will receive a full refund.
  • Only customers who request refunds within a month after making an order will receive them.
  • All Online Classes Hub will retain a portion of the client fees paid as service fees. if you have received any services from us.
  • To request a refund, a customer must provide reliable documentation.

Only the following delivery timeframes are subject to refund requests:

  • Failed exams will result in a perfect score. refund of the test cost
  • If a client receives 30% non-original work, they are entitled to a refund.
  • If the work we execute for a client is rejected or unsuccessful, the client may request a refund.
  • Only after the client has requested two modifications and is still dissatisfied is a refund request permitted.
  • The normal period of time for doing the overall review of the work is one month, hence it is asked of the clients to wait one month before requesting a refund.
  • Small correction requests will be treated as revisions, and the cost of the revision will be deducted from the refund.
  • If customers contact a third party, such as a law firm, bank, or payment processor before contacting us, it will be viewed as a breach of contract.
  • Clients who attempt to undermine our policies by making a fraudulent claim will face strict regulatory action.
